Every year we receive requests to join our Sunday Market. We love everyone's enthusiasm and appreciate you wanting to join us. Since the market is situated on Main Street and has specific space allocated, unfortunately we can't expand and are limited to the amount of vendors we are able to have. It may seem that there is space open but some of the space needs to be kept "vendor free". We can only have vendors on one side of the street in certain locations to allow emergency vehicles to get through. We also try to make sure that all of our vendors will get the most visibility and find if there are too many vendors with the same items then all of the farmers suffer.
Things to take into consideration when contacting us about participating.
We do not allow crafters or craft items to be sold at the Chester Sunday Market. This is due to the amazing merchants we have along Main Street and would not want to compete directly with them.
We ask that all food sold is locally sourced.

If you are a returning vendor, please download & return the CSM 2024 Vendor Application by May 1st. New vendors should reach out directly using our email or fill out the form using the link above. At this time we are not accepting new vendors. Please return your forms as quickly as you can so that we confirm that space will be available. All vendors must have a Chester Hawkers' License; you can download the application for this below.
